Order Lifecycle Management Tool - As orders are processed, a series of appropriate actions for employees are created with assignees and due dates on a 42 day lifecycle from processing to installation of product. Tasks appear to users via hierarchical availability (if the precursor task is not done, the next won't show as viable). System also summarizes data from JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and proprietary in-house systems. Post-install issues and RMAs are also handled within this system, and numerous auto-completing emails to customers and sales staff are generated through the tasks layer.
